If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your next expedition, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
